I have a 1999 Yamaha V-max 500 deluxe. Was riding last year and the head lights and tail lights went dim and then out. Replaced the bulbs and not they do not work at all. I just replaced the stator thinking that it was the lighting part of the stator but it still will not turn on. The handle bar heaters are working excellent they actually warmed up super fast tonight when I went for a ride quick around the yard. Can someone steer me towards some thing to look for or how to fix I'm out of ideas. Maybe the voltage regulator??? Is there a way to check the regulator to see if it bad? Thanks in advance.:cheeky4:
