Hey dudes and dudettes!
First time poster here on these forums so let me introduce myself. I am 27 years old and have ridden snowmobiles for the better part of my life as my father is a fanatic with vintage sleds. He has a mint 1979 440E Everest that he has completely restored. As for myself, I own a 1975 340 Olympique (.338 engine) and a 1979 340 Olympique (.343 engine). I also acquired a .343 engine a few weeks ago to slap into my '75.
I bought a 75 acre woodlot when I bought my house 4 years ago (they are not on the same properties but fairly close). I love learning about these machines as they are still around - which proves a lot right there!! I'm pretty new to ski doos but I have had a fair share of experience with my Honda TRX300FW.
Will be posting pics once we get enough snow! :) For the time being, here's a pic of my rebuilt slide suspension I am installing on my '75 Oly.
