i have a tripple piped polaris xlt, psi pipes, clutched, geared, etc. when the sled is reving at about 8500-9400 rpm coolant starts coming out of the coolant cap. i have replaced the coolant cap with a 15 lb cap and a new head gasket ever since i put the pipes on it started to do it. i suspect it is the water pump pushing the coolant to hard and it is overcoming the cap. has anyone ever had this issue? I am thinking of making a waste gate just like a turbo but i would put in inline with the coolant lines. then have something that opens at about 12 lbs and dumps the coolant back into the coolant tank. i also put in a nose cone radiator if anyone thinks that it makes a difference. any input would be great
