I need a new battery for my 2005 SkiDoo GTX Ltd 600. Unfortunately, my sled is up north (so I can't check the manual or the old battery). And...I want to buy it down at home before heading back up north.
Are there specific specs I should be looking at when buying a battery for my specific sled...or are snowmobile batteries basically interchangeable? I know the battery features I want i.e. AGM, strong Cold Crank hours...but I am pretty new to sledding and frankly I don't know anything about batteries for snowmobiles.
Appreciate any feedback.
