95 ski doo formula 500. O cleaned carbs and fresh gas and blew out old fuel in fuel lines. Now I can't get fuel back into the lines even when I put gas in spark plugs and fire it up ten times in a row

Well i got my seat recovered, and guess what, i got two small holes where A staple once was. No staple there now, so i assume it was the original seat over. What's the best way to plug the holes?? Thanks!!
