Am working on a 1998 RMK 500 snowmobile (Same as the one i own). I just did a engine rebuild+top end, fuel lines (tank and all others), new carb floats, gas shut off switch. The sled runs great and works like a beast however after 1-2 hrs of riding when you shut if off for 5-10mins and try to restart it the seld is 100% flooded i checked all carb settings, shut off switch and i cant find a single issue why the sled is flooding itself after that little amount of time, any thoughts?
