I have a 2010 IQ 800 with issues at low RPM. Sled starts and idles fine but lurches and runs rough up to about 25MPH. Runs fine at speeds above that.
I cleaned the exhaust valves, changed plugs and ran 2 different fuel system cleaners through it with no luck.
Took it to a Polaris dealer and they subbed in a new throttle position sensor with no luck. They've ordered a new kill switch to try that.
Any ideas? I was wondering if re-mapping might help? Or maybe replacing the throttle cable itself? If the kill switch doesn't do it I might just pick it up and ride it as-is the rest of the season and try again in the spring.
