Polaris indy rmk 700 98, wont stop using key or switch.

My polaris rmk 98 wont stop when I push stop button or turn the key of, have followed the cables from ignition switch, one goes to ground and the other black ends up into cdi/coil. when this happens and the engine wont stop, I tried knocking on this ducati 4060181-1 and then engine stops. I have checked the cable connections in the plug nothing wrong there, so from what I can find out the problem is inside the box. Can I open the box somehow or do I need new one, or anyone have a suggestion what else that might be the problem?
