1993 Polaris xlt special no headlight,RPM or dash lights work

Hello i just bought my first snowmobile a 1993 polaris xlt special. It didnt run i cleaned the carbs the hose in the gas tank was cracked off i replaced that and it started right up. i put the belt on but at first the track wouldn't move i jacked it up and gave it full throttle and the track started to move let it idle for a bit and now it runs perfect. its pretty smokey thought using Polaris 2 cycle oil. Anyway my RPM gauge doesnt work neither does my heated grips dash light or headlight. Where should i start to find the problem my spedo works just fine. thanks for the help
