I own a 1999 Polaris XC 500. All last year and the beginning of this riding season it has ran and drove perfect. After a 94 mile ride it died on me on my way home. Luckily after it randomly died I got it going and went home. The next day I went to ride it and it would idle perfect. But as soon as I gave it throttle it would bog out and had no power at all. I have cleaned my carbs, changed my primary spring, and put new plugs in. I have even put a clutch off a 2000 polaris Xc 700 and it still isn't driving right. Could my problem be that I need to rebuild my primary and secondary? It idles fine so I don't think its and engine problem. Let me know what you think!
