1981yamaha et300 3.29 to 2.52swap/121 track

Looking to swap my track for a newer 121 setup as there readily available. Are drivers available for these to go to a 2.52pitch? And how far back will I have to move the skid back to fit the 121? I'm sure this swaps been done someones gotta have time I go around.?
