Recently purchased a 98 Venture with the 600 liquid cooled engine. Smart carbs on it.
I am getting a code on the "Diagnostic" light that i cannot seem to figure out what it actually means. Sled seems to be low on power and I want to start ruling out problems...
None of the fault code charts i can find seem to list the particular code I have.
2 long followed by 3 short...break....then repeat quick video below:

It looks like the majority of the trouble codes in the late 90's are for heated grip shorts and the such, but i want to make sure that the smart carbs or the ECU is being put into any kind of "limp" or "conservative" power mode.
A mouse definitely got into some wiring up the in the handle bars, and I have re-soldered and taped up those wires so as to prevent shorts, but it would be super helpful to know what the sled is trying to tell me. (Why the HECK isnt this info the the regular users manual???)
