1993 Skandic no spark

Hello new here, I have a 93 Skandic 377 with no spark I changed the stator cause mine was dead then the cdi/coil also checked the key switch, tether and e-stop. The stator was a good one used one, I think(checks ok), resistance almost 200ohms at the green and white wires. At the spark plug boot I wanted to see if anything was coming out and there about 180vac. I checked the pick up coil while cranking and I have around 300mv. also I was wondering if I can use a safari stator, it has 4 big windings on it and the skandic has 12 small ones. I don't know much about snowmachines. Any body have any ideas? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
