01 Mountain Cat 600 efi/le Problems....??

I have an 01 mountain cat 600 efi/le. It looses power at half throttle. It just bogs down. So i figured the power valves were dirty. So i pulled them out & cleaned them & put them back in. Still does the same thing. So then i figured it was the servo motor. So i just pulled that off tonight & tested it & it turns both ways. Il post the video of it. But i know the valves arent opening, i can turn the servo to open the valves manualy & then it will open up but i have no low end. So if the servo motor works what else could be the problem?? Could there be no power coming from the ecu to the servo? Idk i just Need help plz.
