Indy 500 idle issue

So had some trouble with my 2002 indy 500 LC idling. Machine was sat up for a few years and pilot jets were clogged causing it to not idle at all. So cleaned those and solved that problem. But now when i start the machine cold it idles up to 2000rpm then after a few minutes drops to about 1300 to 1500rpm which is normal but when the engine is full warm it drops less than 1000rpm and often times the tach reads 0 rpm but the engine is just barely idling!
