06' ZR 700 wont pull

So I just bought this sled from a buddy who says his sled wont pull. Said he was riding on his way too meet friends, shut it off and now the cord wont pull.

I dont think the motor is seized because he was just running it. I checked my primary clutch and there is a little play from side to side but not very much.

Any ideas on what might be the problem? Hydrolock? Seized clutch? Recoil? Broken skirt?

Any help would be great before I rip this thing apart.
