94 Arctic Cat ext 580 3k Idle

Hello, Recently did some work on a 94 EXT 580 - cleaned carbs, new plugs, etc. The idle sits at 3k when cold and wamred up. It doesn't sink below 2.5-3k ever. Still seems to perform fine when throttle is pinned. So far I've adjusted the idle screws in one whole turn, and nothing happened - still 3k.

What should I do?
