My second sled i have wont idle, i can get it run fine without the choke but i have to hold the throttle alittle otherwise itll die out. carbs are spotless, main and pilot are spotless, ive soaked them atleast 10 times overnight in carb cleaner and brushed them. seams like i can hold the trottle at 2k and itll be fine. New plugs, cut the wires and reinstalled boots, all new fuel lines including the pickup in the tank, did a repair kit on the fuel pump, the sled runs great and i can drive it around but will die if i let off the throttle. checked the throttle saftey aswell, even with it uplugged itll try to idle but bog out after a few seconds. also no change in idle if carb cleaner is sprayed on carb boots or around the head.
