I bought this sled and did a motor swap as the last motor had been sitting for 5 years and had no compression. The used motor I bought has 128 and 129 psi. I cleaned the carbs and let them soak, out in new needle and seats, cleaned the jets, puts in a new fuel pump new fuel lines and a new needle jet in the mag side carb as it was somehow broken. This thing is a son of a B to start and when it does it revs up then runs on half or full choke then dies. I've tried everything I can think of. Both seals are good. It won't idle at all it dies out then bogs when trying to give it gas to keep it running. HELP
