Hi everyone I recently bought a 1996 Indy 680 ultra sp from my friend. When I picked it up it ran fine except for a low idle so I brought it in my shop and cleaned the carbs. This is when the problems started there was a broken jet in the bowel so I went and got 3 brand new jets (310s) and decided to put new pilot jets while I was in there (40s) that's what was in the sled so I thought don't fuck with something that works. I got the carbs back together and reinstalled them on the sled. Came back the next day to fire up the machine and it started on the first pull and began to idle at about 4,000rpm so I shut it off and turned the idle screws all out 1 turn but it still idles around 4,000rpm. If I put the choke on it brings it down 1,000rpms. I'm stumped anyone have any ideas the carb boots are brand new by the way.
Help Polaris Indy ultra 680 won't properly idle
