Arctic Cat ZR 700 helppp

My sled starts fine and runs fine. The issue is the track will only turn on the jack. It won't move under its own weight. The primary seems to spin fine. The sled drops down a bit like its going to go around 3-4000 but the secondary clutch just gives a jerk. Moves a couple inches and stops. The sled also bogs down just after if you try to rev it out. I've gotten different guesses from everyone. From pistons. To drive shaft bearings. To blown secondary clutch. Looking for some guidance and how to narrow down my problem. Thanks guys cheers. Sleds a 1995 I think with 5000 miles.
