My buddy has the exact same sled as me, a 250 Citation. Years ago someone disconnected the oil injection system same as mine, just recently its developed the problem where as soon as the motor gets warm insane amounts of fuel start spraying out of the two empty nylon hose barbs that the oil injection lines used to hook too. Mine does not have this problem and never has even though they are both disconnected. We went over the carb and it all seemed fine, so tonight we put my carb in right off my running machine onto his. Same thing, as soon as the motor got warm fuel started gushing out of those ports. That means there is something else wrong somewhere, when we put my carb back on my machine it worked perfectly and no fuel sprayed out from the ports. What could possibly be causing this issue??? We jut rebuilt the fuel pump and replaced the check valve in the tank as well as did all the lines, even when the fuel is spraying out his machine runs perfectly and is nice and responsive when you hit the throttle. Its just way to much of a risk of a fire to ride it like this not to mention how much gas it wastes, full tank only last a couple hours now where on mine I can go a solid six hours of trails before it gets low on gas. Anyone know whats wrong with it or have any ideas??
