Out of Storage: 2000 700 SKS Liberty Twin - best practices

So I left my sled in Eagle River WI 4 years ago, thinking it would be good Idea since I would not have to trailer it. Life gets in the way of sledding... It was having some trouble running the following year, I assumed it was a carb issue.... never got around to it...
So here I am years later, the carbs were a mess... cleaned and waiting for the new float valves ( $40 a piece--- crazy!!!)
I am going through the sled, emptied the gas, top off coolant and oil. Compression is 110/115 track, replacing Hyfax. Grease points...

My question today is about the oil pump, the cable looks to have slack and the lever travel does not go the whole way. Is there a procedure to determine proper lever position? I dont want to mess with things that could lean out the motor unless I follow manuals. I have a Polaris Service manual, but it doesnt say anything about this adjustment or position.

Since it hasn't run in 4 years, what else should i pay attention to?

YOu have all been very helpful in the past, so figured i would ask the professionals.

Cheers
