picked up a CCW 400 motor with two good coils but only spark on one side no matter what. pretty sure either the points or the stator is messed up, but cannot get at the points/stator cause i simply CANNOT get the flywheel off!?!?!?
using a typical 3 point puller with three bolts into the flywheel... bent two puller main bolts and stripped out a spider!
is there a specific puller i need? heated the flywheel, soaked with wax, kroil, WD40 and deep kreep...
what am i missing?
is there a way to get at the points etc through the flywheel windows without pulling the flywheel?
