Love this sled and it has been soooo reliable but she let me down after 3 years of nothing but fun. I'm hoping you guys can help as I'm into some deeper problem determination.
Issue is she will not start. Spark will fire once on both plugs and only once at the beginning of the attempt. I replaced the coil, plugs, boots but nothing has changed.
My reading on this site suggests maybe a pulser/trigger coil issue but I'm not sure how to diagnose this. I think it's right behind the ripcord and I see a double wire enter the top of this area but now sure how to check it. I assume you read some ohms on a start attempt or something of that nature ?
I wonder if this pulse coil can be visible checked and adjusted also, maybe it's out of line or has dirt on it?
The other thought is I'm barking up the wrong tree and should be looking at the rectifier or something else in the system like the TOS?
