New to Ski Doo's

So recently my dad purchased a 08 Ski Doo Summit 800R w/154 from an online auction. I looked it over the best I could with the pictures for basically the whole week before the auction ended and saw very little wrong with it, mostly cosmetic items. Getting to see it up close and personal, he got a heck of a steal on it. 295 miles, very clean very reasonable price, $2500. Looks like it was kept out in the sun :thumbsdown: so its a little faded. Also looks like something got ahold of the switch covers for the hand/thumb warmers and reverse as they are missing, but everything does work. With both of us being Polaris riders for quite some time, we're unfamiliar with Ski Doo. I'm hoping you guys will have thoughts on this sled. Pros, cons, need to know things etc. I appreciate your input, Thank you
