So I freshened up the top end. New rings, gaskets and I drove in new crank seals (without splitting the case). Cleaned/rebuilt the carbs and fuel pump, as well as drive shaft bearings and other odds and ends. Anyway, it will not start. It's the EC34-2PM-03 engine which is the non-adjustable timing engine. Its got good spark, but I did notice every time you pull the engine over there is pockets of air running up the fuel line, and no fuel up tp the carbs. I think it has to be an air leak? Should I have split the case and put the seals in the proper way? I'm kinda stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
