**Help** 2004 Arctic Cat F7 CARB

vendredi 4 novembre 2016

Last year I bought 2004 Arctic Cat F7 CARB Model. The sled seemed to run just fine. Just before winter I pulled the carbs off the sled to clean them before the snow flew. After cleaning the carbs the sled also seemed to run fine. Would fire up 1-3 pulls every time. One night we went on a ride for a few hours and the sled acted just fine. The next morning I went to start the sled and it would not fire. After pulling on the sled 20-30 times I got the sled to fire but only seemed to be running on 1 cylinder and my gauges were jus barely lighting up. After about 1-2 minutes of running like shit (and I could not throttle it out) the 2nd cylinder came into play and the sled began to run as expected. All day if I shut the sled down and fired back up when fairly warm it ran fine. If I let it get cold cold it would go back to the same problem, running like shit on one cylinder for a few minutes until the other one fired up. I did a compression test and it was 125 across the board. I changed out the plugs and the problem stayed the same. Sled has new fuel in it and I ran a few tanks though it cause as stated runs fine once warm. I did notice randomly a boggin issue mid throttle. I rode the sled about 4-5 times after being in Michigan we don't get a chance to ride often. I did notice if I sprayed it with starting fluid it would try to fire much easier but still only on 1 cylinder until it runs for a few minutes.

Looking to see if anyone has any advice where to start. I am thinking its a fueling issue or ignition but don't want to just toss parts at it.

Any help would be appreciated.
