Hello Everyone from Colorado

Hi Everyone! Never ridden before. I picked up a 2012 RMK Pro 800 which I am hoping is a good sled for here in Colorado. From my quad/dirtbike preference, I will do a lot of trail riding but I am sure I will also climb and ride in the deep stuff so i picked a mountain sled. - Hope this is the right choice. I have some questions.

Can I use this for sled skiing with a buddy? I realize its not a 2-up but this would still be awesome for some backcountry skiing.
Whats high temp for this sled? It has scratches and I will use them on trail/hardpack.
What safety gear is needed?
Any general recommendations for know issues with this model? esp cooling - I like my engines happy....

Looking forward to the season and maybe riding with some members.

I'm looking into getting another sled its a 2004 polaris supersport 550. It has reverse and needs nothing, it also comes with a new belt/ cover/ plugs. It has 2700 miles and I would say good condition.What would you pay for a sled like this?

I really don't like going on these types of sites but these guys have annoyed me enough to do something.
I bought a windsheild for a 1975 Ski Doo Everest 440E. I bought it because their system said I was an exact fit and my fabrication skills stink. When I got the part it was nothing but disappointment, the bottom of the windshield was the wrong shape and the corners didn't line up with anything. It was like they sent the part for a different sled. Their costumer service has inorged me, tried calling and emails. So I'm going to have to pay return shipping because they are either knowingly false advertising or they don't care that they are sinding and parts. Either way I'm never buying from them again and I suggest you don't either.

97 xlt extra lite rebuild

Hello guys seem to have got myself into a bit of a Perdicument here. I'm trying to rebuild this sled and cannot find anything with it's model number.i have two problems here.
1. Torque specs
2. cant find model number

The one at hand is I have two extra #9 bolts for the crankcase that are too long. (I'm not sure how they were before as I didn't take apart) then to the problem of the model number. It's 0970756 if anyone could help send me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
